The kitchen delivers a raft of tempting ideals ranging from grilled Lyme Bay scallops with chorizo and smoked chilli jam or potted duck with fig and apricot chutney amongst the starters.
Main courses take in six hour lamb shoulder blossom honey, pine nuts served with sauté potatoes and caramelised aubergine or choose one of Rosie’s classics such as moules frites, mussels served in an onion and garlic white wine sauce served with fries.
When it comes to desserts you might see crème brulee served with homemade shortbread or a white and dark chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream.
