We are a busy, yet cosy and sophisticated winebar in the centre of Southsea. Established in 1983, we have built up a reputation for high quality food and a unique atmosphere. We are a hotspot for Portsmouth jazz, with live music every Friday night and Sunday afternoon.

Managed by Rachel Cray, customers are immediately made to feel welcome in the cosy and secluded surroundings. Fine wine and quality food are served to the discerning visitor.

How to find us
Rosie's is conveniently situated in the middle of Southsea along Elm Grove.

Head due south from the M275, direction Southsea. At the roundabout with the City Museum on your right, turn left into King's Road. This leads into Elm Grove. Rosie's is on your left, just before the first set of traffic lights. On street parking is available.
